CERN HOSTEL
We strongly recommend you to stay at CERN Hostel (Meyrin) as it is the most convenient place (no need to arrange transport - just a few meters walk to the conference room).
A block booking of a limited number of single rooms has been made at CERN Hostel by our organization team. Please let us know before 9 August 2013 if you would like us to book a room.

Reimbursement
Accommodation costs are covered by CERN up to a maximum of 3 nights between the dates of 30.09.2013 and 04.10.2013 and according to following terms.
CERN Hostel:
The stay up to 3 nights is directly paid by CERN.
Hotel in the area:
The stay up to 3 nights will be reimbursed at a maximum rate of 100 CHF (80 €) per night.
In any case, expenses exceeding the above-mentioned terms shall be supported and directly paid on site .
