Travel costs
The most efficient and economical mode of transportation should be utilized. Reimbursement for travel will only be made for the most direct and convenient route from the participant's principal place of residence to and from the workshop.

- Travel in economy class
- From/to airports, please favor public transportation
Accommodation costs
For accommodation, the reimbursement sum is maximum 80 € or 100 CHF per night for a maximum of 3 nights (between 30 September and 4 October 2013).
CERN Hostel:
The stay up to 3 nights is directly paid by CERN.
Hotel in the area:
The stay up to 3 nights will be reimbursed at a maximum rate of 80 € or 100 CHF per night.
In any case, expenses exceeding the above-mentioned terms shall be supported and directly paid on site .
The reimbursement will be made only upon submission of the receipts (train or plane tickets, proof of payment, invoice, boarding pass, invoice for hotel room, etc.)
Reimbursement will not be made in case missing proofs of payment.
