Discussion and brainstorming

We would like to discuss - with the help of blackboards - a vision and concept of on-line reconstruction and on-line calibration, together with their implications for data quality control. The focus shall be on Run2, of course with the prospect of Run3 data-taking.

Background:
Several detector already made plans for Run2 or like the ITS and the TPC are already heavily working on the TDRs for Run3. This goes along with progress and plans discussed in various PWG-PPs and CWGs. However, some of us had the feeling that some concepts need some discussions as they are not clear to everyone yet.
