Welcome cocktail, excursions and a Social dinner will be orgarnized.
You will be able to chose between the different options in the registration procedure (N°4)
Welcome cocktail - Monday at 18h30
We are invited by the Mayor for a cocktail at the City Hall Hôtel de Ville Monday at 18h30.
Excursions - Wednesday afternoon
- Excursion N°1 : Visit of Le Panier the old district of Marseille and MUCEM (2H30/+1H30 for the option : free visit of the continuous exhibition).
14h : Your english bilingual guide will meet you at your hotel, to go by foot in the old center. Then let's discover the old Marseille, the heart of the citizen...
You will start the pedestrian visit close to the local council, before penetrate into the typical streets of this area... Streets with history, anecdotes, tales, oddities... You will discover the Marseille's monuments, the typical houses and little local shops selling regional specialities. After this visit you will enjoy the discovery of the Fort St Jean and the MUCEM the new marvelous national museum, specialist of the Mediterranean cultures.
17h30 : Then you will go back to you hotel with you guide.
For those who want to, you can ask a ticket to discover the continuous exhibition by your own way.
Rate 2014 : 19,00 € (Mucem Taxe for a free visit of the Fort ST Jean and outside of the MUCEM).
Option : Continuous exhibition at the MUCEM : 10,00 € per person.
Minimum 20 pax and maximum 35 pax per guide.

Excursion N°2 : Marseille cruise in a line boat (3H15)
13h30 You will leave the hotel with your English bilingual guide to join the old pier. (around 10 mn walk).
13h45 : Then you will embark in a line boat for 3 hours 15 cruise along the marvelous and famous cliff of Marseille...
14h00 : You will go through the Calanques of Sormiou, Sugiton, Port-Miou, and many other treasures of Marseille, till the Cassis Bay.
Rates 2014 : 44,00 €/person
Minimum 25 pax and maximum 50 pax per guide.
