  • 17:00 - from Weizmann Institute to Vicky Cristina (the restaurant of the workshop dinner)

Saturday, November 15

  • 7:30 - from the Hotel to Masada (2 buses)
  • 15:00 (approximate) - from Masada to Weizmann Institute and then to the Hotel

  • 17:00 - from Weizmann Institute to the Hotel

Monday, November 17

  • 8:30 - from the Hotel to Weizmann Institute

In case you have to miss the organized bus, or are arriving directly from the airport, we recommend taking a taxi (which would cost roughly 150 NIS, either using the meter or negotiating a fixed price at the beginning of the ride, either from Tel Aviv or from the airport). The taxi can bring you all the way to the relevant building on campus. In the likely case that the driver is unfamiliar with the campus, have him ask the guard at the entrance gate for directions.

Workshop Hotel

The official hotel of the workshop is the "Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach"
http://www.crowneplaza.com/hotels/gb/en/tel-aviv/tlvil/hoteldetail
For getting there from the airport, we recommend taking a taxi.
The
address is: Hayarkon St 145, Tel Aviv

The hotel is located in the center of Tel Aviv, right on the promenade and close to many good restaurants, bars and other activities.

We have arranged for a rate of $200/night (including breakfast, Internet access, gym and spa facilities). For a couple, the rate is $230/night (please indicate this choice in the registration form).

We will take care of the reservation, while you will be responsible for making the payment to the hotel when you are there. Cancellation/change of the hotel reservation will be possible up to 3 weeks (sharp!) before the beginning of your stay (while beyond this period you will be responsible for the hotel cancellation fee).
