The registration fee covers program costs and coffee breaks. One receipt for the total conference fee (including registration and banquet costs) will be issued. Early registration ends April 13th. The registration fees are as follows:
The banquet will be Monday, May 5th. The cost of the banquet is $55 per person. The conference will end Wednesday, May 7th at lunch time.
