Description
The effects of the shear and the bulk viscosities
on the transverse momentum distribution of thermal photons
have been studied. The effects of viscosity have
been taken into account both in the phase space
distributions of the particles taking part in the
production process as well as in the space time
evolution. We argue that the thermal photons can be
used as an efficient tool to estimate the transport
coefficients of quark gluon plasma.
