Project management is critical to the success of every organization, without thoughtful planning, execution and monitoring of efforts, organizations will lose business to those that effectively manage their projects.

Objectives of this module:
- clarify the responsibilities of a managerial role
- master the tools and techniques to successfully manage projects
- effectively communicate during the project
- reinforce personal accountability and strive others accountability towards results
