The second ECFA High Luminosity LHC Experiments Workshop will gather again the theory, accelerator and experiments communities to discuss the future of the LHC. While the first workshop in 2013 provided a panorama of the exciting physics goals and experimental challenges (see ECFA-13-284), the emphasis of this meeting will be on the progress developing the theoretical tools and concepts, accelerator technologies and physics simulations required for the HL-LHC programme, along with the common detector techniques that will be required to operate at the extreme rates and collision pile-up conditions.

The talks will also be available at the congress download facility with login instructions as circulated by email also available on paper at the the conference desk and in the last slide of the Welcome and Introduction.

We are looking forward to seeing you again in Aix-les-Bains in October 2014.
