Presentations

The presentations will be archived in the Workshop’s timetable. Speakers are requested to upload their presentation in Indico the day before their talk. Submitted material can be updated at any time.

Contributions

Chairs and Scientific Secretaries should summarize their session by including significant points of the discussion (no separate discussion paper).

Speakers should write-up their contributions (1 paper per talk, no page limit but recommended length approx. 5 pages). All papers have to be submitted by Friday 17th October 2014 and directly uploaded in Indico.

Paper submission

The proceedings will be published in the form of a CERN report (also known as "Yellow Report) by using the JACoW templates.

The final proceedings will be made available via the web and as a CERN Yellow Report printed in color.

In addition we would like to encourage you to submit your contribution to the arXiv indicating that the paper has been submitted for publication in a CERN Yellow Report (YR) and let us know when you do this (CERN librarians may also assist you with the arXiv submission if you want). After the editorial work we will return your contribution back to you and request that you update your arXiv submission with the final edited version of your contribution (or we will do this directly for you after requesting your permission). In addition,  the YR  will be submitted by the CERN library to the arXiv as a table of index and individual DOIs will be assigned to each contribution and the full report.  See for instance http://arxiv.org/abs/arXiv:1202.1629 , http://inspirehep.net/search?p=fin+cnum+C11-09-07 and  http://dx.doi.org/10.5170/CERN-2014-003

We are looking forward to receiving your contribution. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any further clarification or question.
