The aim of the event is to give an overview of possible future career steps in industry for young scientists from the laser and acceleration field. By bringing together potential future employers in industry with young researchers, the event will help to identify and solidify interesting future prospects for both sides. Talks will give insight into the companies and how R&D is done there.
The event is open for external delegates and is particularly interesting for any young researcher that wants to explore future career possibilities in this field. Besides the talk sessions several social events like a reception and common dinner will give further opportunities for networking.
