- We strongly request you to leave more than 7 (5) minutes for discussion in 30 (20) minutes presentation. Coffee breaks are not buffers but time for exhibitors.
- PC with Windows 7 and Office 2013 will be prepared for presentations.
- Each presenter is asked to upload her/his presentation file to the Indico site in advance. It will be downloaded to the PC during the break preceding the session. Upload procedure is as follows;
- Please make sure you are "logged in" (top right corner).

Click in the menu on "Contribution List" and then click on your presentation "title".

Click on the "pencil" symbol next to "Files".

Click on "Add Materials" and select your presetation file in your PC for the upload.

Material Type should be "slides".

Click on Submit.

- WiFi is not available at the place of the second session in the afternoon on November 13. The presenters in this session are requested to upload their presentation files by the lunch break.
- You may use your own computer, but we strongly encourage you to test it in advance. The time required for preparing your computer will be counted in your presentation time (23min. or 15min.).
