Report on the impact of the activity, tool or service. This should include a description of how grid technology enabled or enhanced the result, or how you have enabled or enhanced the infrastructure for other users.

A Bazaar is implemented to be easily adopted within EGEE production infrastructure. Integration with CIC-Portal and EGEE GOC DB for proper role assignment based on user certificates, resulted in almost no cost of entry in this infrastructure. The first users was sites and ROC in CE Region, as it was decided to track resource allocation using this tool. However, currently released version is open for all sites and VOs registered in EGEE Project. Being independent from infrastructure, Bazaar itself as well as procedures on which it was built, are easily adaptable to other grids and different resource-owning models, if only efficient management of resource allocation is required. Currently, it is planned to adapt Bazaar to Polish NGI infrastructure.

Describe the activity, tool or service using or enhancing the EGEE infrastructure or results. A high-level description is needed here (Neither a detailed specialist report nor a list of references is required).

On the global computational market, that EGEE infrastructure grows to be, there are hundreds of actors providing and using computational resource. Due to large number of mutual interaction required, managing resources require specialized solutions, that make the process effective and traceable. Bazaar is a platform that support smooth collaboration between resource providers and resource users in resource allocation and SLA.

Describe the added value of the grid for your activity, or the value your tool or service adds for other grid users. This should include the scale of the activity and of the potential user community, and the relevance for other scientific or business applications.

Taking advantage of complexity management implemented in this tool, both VO managers and RC managers can easily plan and negotiate resource allocation and SLA metrics related to contracts between them. Bazaar aims at enabling lightweight management of resources by simplifying communication between actors, tracking VO-RC contracts' stages, providing view how resource allocation policy changes over time. Decision of introducing Bazaar to the resource management in a project, should result in more efficient and traceable processes, which opens possibility of answer demands from users in more agile way, not loosing control on resources in the same time. Integrated monitoring features provide clear picture of usage resources in context of agreed SLAs. Specialized communication channels makes Bazaar suitable for resource management in large VOs and in sites that supports many VOs.
