1. For those of you bringing along your own laptop, please check

2. Next Monday Dec.1st morning you should present yourself
at the LNF entrance not later than 8:40, in order to be granted
the access to the site.
The reception people will address you to the course room.
3. WIFI access at LNF requires you to register in advance
(before Saturday) at the following website:

Moreover, Eduroam is available.
4. Wall sockets in Italy have 230V at 50Hz with the plug type: F/L

5. Accompanying persons must be notified now in order to allow
them to enter LNF and participate in the social events
on Monday and Wednesday evening
6. Participants hosted in the Hotel Villa Mercede can benefit from
morning transportation to LNF (tell the hotel reception that
you need this service)
The distance from Villa Mercede to the venue is about 1.5km.
7. Everyday lunches and the two social events are included in
the fee.
