Description
Integrated submerged liquid hydrogen pump was develoed. The whole pump with its driving motor runs in liquid hydrogen. There is no dynamic seal between motor and pump. Only electric wire contacts environment air. The characteristics of pump, experimental device, and results are described in this paper. The speed of the pump can be adjusted from 300 rpm to 1300rpm. The pressure head can be from 0.05MPa to 0.7MPa, and the flow rate can be from 1.4 to 6.3 liter/min with the increasing ofpump speed.
