Second Bulletin
The conference will start on Sunday, October 25 at 9 a.m. in the room close to the restaurant. It will end on Friday, October 30, at 5 p.m.
The conference fee will be 150 €. It covers the coffee breaks, the excursion, the conference dinner and the travel expenses for Jeanne Rostant. For those, who do not come to the excursion and to the conference dinner, the fee is 50 €.
The excursion will be on Wednesday, October 28, in the afternoon. Accompanying persons have to pay for the excursion 60 €, plus the bus to Albufeira harbor and back. The conference dinner will be on Thursday, October 29 (7 p.m.), in the Hapimag restaurant. Accompanying persons, coming to the conference dinner, have to pay 30 €.
On Saturday, October 24, at 6 p.m. a bus will start from Lissabon airport directly to Hapimag. Left of the main exit of the airport are the taxis, on the right (about 100 m away) are the buses - the Hapimag bus has a sign “Hapimag”. The driver will be at the exit with a sign “Hapimag”. You should be there not later than 5:40 p.m.
On Sunday, November 1, a bus will start at 7 a.m. from Hapimag to Lissabon airport. If you leave on October 31 from Lissabon airport, you should take a train from Albufeira to Lissabon. At the Hapimag reception you can find the schedule for the trains.
Hapimag will organize the transportation from Faro airport and back for those, staying in the Hapimag apartments (21€ per person). The driver of the small Hapimag bus will be at the exit of the airport with a sign “Hapimag”. If you stay in the hotel, the transportation from Faro airport and back will be organized by the hotel.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Hapimag restaurant (payment in cash). There is also a small shop at Hapimag, where one can buy food. Close to the reception of Hapimag there is a machine, where one can get cash, using the following credit cards: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express and EC.
The accommodation at Hapimag has to be paid in cash or with a check to the secretary after arrival or with the credit card at the reception of Hapimag. In the Hotel Baia Grande the bill can be paid also with a credit card.

First Bulletin
The conference will start on Sunday, October 25, tentatively at 10 a.m., in the Hapimag conference room. It will end on Friday, October 30, in the evening. The conference fee will be 120 Euro.
The detailed scientific program will be announced in the second bulletin. There will also be an excursion (boat trip) on Wednesday, October 28, in the afternoon. A conference dinner will be held on Thursday, October 29, at 7 p.m.
On Saturday, October 24, in the evening, probably at 6 p.m., a bus service will be provided from Lisbon airport to Albufeira. On Sunday, November 1, a retour bus service will take participants from Albufeira back to Lisbon airport; it will tentatively leave from Hapimag at 7 a.m.
There could also be a bus service to Lisbon organized for Saturday, October 31, depending on how many participants are interested in it. Please inform the organizers, which bus service you are interested in. For those participants flying into Faro, Hapimag will organize their transportation to and from the Hapimag resort.
