Sessions will be organized on reviewing:
- the existing experiment proposals to study the potential link on beta decay measurements and low energy collective modes in exotic nuclei;
- theoretical models relevant to address this topic;
- potential new regions of the chart of nuclei to explore the topic;
- the instrumentation suited to perform such experimental studies.
