Accommodation:
Accommodation on site consists of bungalows. They are either single or double bungalows.
Single bungalows include a double bed in a room, plus a small room for children eventually, one bathroom with toilets, and a small kitchen. A single bungalow can be suitable for one participant alone or with an accompanying person.
Double bungalows include two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilets and a small kitchen. A double bungalow can be shared by two participants with beds in two separate rooms.
The prices per person indicated below include:
- The conference fees : 220€ for participants and 95€ for accompanying persons.
- The cost per person for the bungalow from Sunday 28th of June to Saturday 4th of July (bungalows should be free the Saturday morning).
- All meals: breakfasts, lunches and dinners (from Sunday’s dinner to Saturday’s lunch).
- The welcome drink.
- The conference banquet.
- The excursions on Wednesday afternoon.
