Registration:
The conference fees are 220€ for participants and 95€ for accompanying persons until April 15th, 2014. Afterwards, the fees will be raised to 350€ for participants and 150€ for accompanying persons.
- The cost per person of a bungalow for single occupancy is: 850€/person (including all meals).
- The cost per person of a bungalow for double occupancy is: 700€/ person (including all meals).

- The full conference cost (fees + accommodations) has to be paid before the final closing of the registration (May 22th, 2015)
- Registration with CB payment (other possibility is bank transfer): the system does not allow pre-registration; please register only if you consider going to the final payment step.
- If someone accompanies you to the conference, you will have to do 2 registrations.
- For bungalow double occupancy, please contact us to let us know the name of the person with whom you share the bungalow.
- In the registration form, a contact person is required: it can either be an administrative in your lab or you.
- VAT is different for CNRS employees: please fill carefully the form when you are required to answer: "I am a CNRS employee", "I work in an CNRS Unit"
