Non-RAL personal should park their cars in the bus station, (which is shown as the blue-coloured "visitor car park" at the top-right-hand corner of the RAL site map). A sign with "Event Parking" written on it will be placed on Fermi Avenue to help you find this.
You should then walk to the R75 "Reception" building, ask them to direct you to Conference Room 12, which is in Building R68, near the Southern edge of the site. A sign with "Event" written on it will be placed on Fermi Avenue to help you find the Reception. It may take ~5 minutes for you to clear security at reception. If you arrive between 10:45-11:15, our secretary, Gill Birch, will be at Reception to welcome you.
It is wise to register in advance, since you will struggle to convince otherwise RAL security that you are not a terrorist.
If you come via Didcot train station, you can catch a taxi to RAL. It takes about 20 mins. You can book it with Pryors Taxis 01235 812346, although taxis usuall wait at the station anyway.
