Welcome to the OAI10 Workshop registration form!
The registration fee, which should be paid in advance, is CHF 355.- for the complete Workshop (lunches and social events included), but you can register for only one part if you can't attend the whole event :
- Wednesday 21st: CHF 125.-
- Thursday 22nd : CHF 145.-
- Friday 23rd : CHF 85.-
A special early bird rate is applied for people registrating before Friday 31st March: CHF 295.- for the complete workshop, there's also an early bird price for each day if you come only for one or two days:
- Wednesday 21st: CHF 105.-
- Thursday 22nd : CHF 125
- Friday 23rd : CHF 65.-
Please indicate whether you wish to attend a tutorial and the social events. The total price you will need to pay will be calculated for you automatically on completion of the registration form. Please provide us with the payment as soon as possible. If payment is not received before the 1st June 2017, the registration will be cancelled by the organisers. Invoices can be provided on request and subject to the condition that payment has not been done.
You will receive a copy of your registration by email on successful completion of the form, a second mail will be sent to you with the total amount to be paid and the payment details.
For information, email addresses will be used for communication about this and future events only and will not be made public. However, a print list of registrants including email addresses will be distributed to participants at the start of the Workshop. Your name will be used on your participant badge.
