Description

With the availability of new high resolution position sensitive detectors the oportunity to measure emission channeling patterns with a small angular sampling step arrises. The detector used, Timepix, is a cern developed position senstive detector with a 55um side pixel and a matrix of 512*512. Here will be present the necessary sistems for running the detector, measurement, data transfer and data analysis. In addition to the measurement of 24Na and 42K implanted GaN, by both the previous detector with 1.4mm pixel and Timepix.
