Lunch and Social event
Lunches:
Lunch will be provided for at Bergen University College on Monday and Tuesday. The workshop will end by lunchtime on Wednesday. There are several restaurants both close to the campus and in the city centre where you can buy lunch after the event.
Social events:
Monday: Curling at Iskanten
Tuesday: Conference dinner at Fløien
Coming to the cold north, we replace bowling by curling. (the ice is indoors and artificial -- no risk of polar bears in the street! :-) ) There will also be pizza served at the curling venue.
The conference dinner will take place at the restaurant at Fløyen, which is one of the "seven mountains" surrounding Bergen. Don't worry, you will be taken there in a 10 minute cable car trip. Weather permitting, the view is very nice....
