A block of 10 rooms has been reserved from 5th to 9th April 2016 at the CERN Hostel for the participants.
Single room with shower: 58 CHF/night
Twin room with shower - one or two persons: 77 CHF or 64 CHF/night
For those of you wishing to stay at the CERN Hostel, your reservation will be handled by Julia Cachet. Please send an email to julia.cachet@cern.ch
Do not book your room via the CERN Hostel directly to avoid double booking.
After March 18, the room availability cannot be guaranteed as all the remaining rooms will be released by the CERN Hostel.
Means of payment: credit card or cash in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification: please inform Julia Cachet no later than 48 hours in advance of your check in date otherwise one night will be charged.
Check in time from 2 PM and check out time at 10 AM.
