Accommodation
Blocks of rooms at the East Lake International Convention Center are blocked for participants during the conference. Participants must book the hotel rooms along with conference registration before September 8, 2016 and rooms will be reserved for registered (pay the full registration fee) participants. Cancellation of the hotel rooms must be made before September 15, 2016. The registration fee will not be refunded and be used to pay hotel deposit for any cancellation made after this deadline (Sept. 12, 2016).
