The registration fee for regular participants and students covers organization of the conference, conference material, conference reception, lunches and breaks. The registration fee for accompanying persons covers conference reception, banquet and conference organization.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be provided in writing to hp2016@mail.ccnu.edu.cn. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after September 12th, 2016. Any refunds granted will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method and will be processed after the completion of the conference.
Companion Program and Baby-sitting Service
Companion program: During the HP2016 conference, we will have a guide from the local tour service company who will organize a daily tour/activity for companions of participants inside and around the city. The cost and tour/activities will be determined between the guide and participating companions.
Baby-sitting service: The conference will also provide on-site baby-sitting service free of charge for those participants who need the service.
