Registration Intructions and fees


The method of registration is electronic by using the form in the Registration menu and indico account.  If you do not have indico account you can register by following the next steps:

send an e-mail to fis-rd51meeting@ua.pt with the following details:

1. Full name

2. Status (Participant, student or Accompanying person)

3. Affiliation

4. E-mail

IMPORTANT: The registration will be only effective after the payment of the fee. If you need an invoice to proceed with the payment please send us the details of your institution (name, VAT number, etc.) by e-mail: fis-rd51meeting@ua.pt


Those who wish to submit an abstract for the workshop should use their make the registration an after send the abstract to fis-rd51meeting@ua.pt stating the registration number.

Accompanying person 120 €

*Proof of the student status (student card copy or letter from mentor) should accompany registration form.


The Conference fee for regular participants and students includes:

  • Attendance of all conference sessions
  • Conference bag, contents and abstract book
  • Welcome reception / Wine degustation cocktail
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Conference dinner
  • Events included in the social program

Accompanying person's fee includes:

  • Welcome reception / Wine degustation cocktail
  • Conference dinner
  • Events included in the social program

Instructions for payment

All fees should be paid in Euros (€) and without charges to the beneficiary.

Important: Bank transfer must be free of charges for the recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.

Please, state the name of the participant and include "RD51" clearly on the payment.

Please, send a copy of the bank transfer to the Organization (fis-rd51meeting@ua.pt) so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily, together with the details for the invoice (Name, Institution, VAT number, etc). You can send the this information to our e-mail address.

Registrations may be cancelled until 31th of July, in which case a total fee refund will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
