Description
The Equation of State (EoS) of Asymmetric matter governs the properties of dense matter within neutron stars and influences the properties of the neutrino-sphere and the proto-neutron star created during a core-collapse supernova. Constraining the EoS via laboratory experiments constitutes one the principal objectives of nuclear science. During this presentation, I will review the status of current constraints and discuss current efforts to improve the constraints both at sub-saturation and supra-saturation densities.
