The Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel will be the primary accommodations for the conference. The venue for the conference is also on the hotel grounds.
The deadline for booking rooms for the conference has passed. However, if you would still like to make a reservation, please contact rt2018@jlab.org and we can assist.
Alternative accommodations can be found at other Colonial Williamsburg (CW) Hotels. These include the Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg Lodge, and for those looking for more a budget minded option (students) the Governors Inn is within easy walking distance to the Woodlands Conference Center. All the CW properties include free shuttle service to the Woodlands Hotel as well as all the other CW attractions.
