The full name of the conference location and accommodation is the Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, and it is a 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City. If guests call to reserve accommodation (see below for the number), they can reference WWND though it may be easier for the agent if they say 'Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics'. The conference is labelled both ways for reservation agents, so there shouldn't be any confusion.
Guests can also reserve accommodation online. They will be charged the full amount at the time of booking online. If guests are able to call they will only be charged a 2 night deposit with the remaining balance billed 30 days prior to arrival.

Guests will need to enter dates of arrival, departure, and number of guests in room. We've had to list the name of the group online as WWND because we are limited on the number of characters but it references the Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics directly below the WWND heading. If one can't get the link to work they can enter the group code 2C559R to also bring up the discounted rate. They will need to go to www.snowbird.com and then click on book lodging.
