Prof Jose Eduardo Kriegeris the Provost of Research of USP, the major institution of higher learning and research in Brazil, responsible for educating a large part of Brazilian Masters and Ph.D’s. USP has developed a large number of educational and research links with Academics and Research Centers worldwide.
