Description
This lecture will give an introduction to the signal processing for Antennas and thus RF signals. The detailed abstract of this lecture will be shortly available. It applies to a series of undergoing and projected astrophysics experiments such as LLAMA, SKA precusors and of course the next decade Square Kilometer Array itself in preparation for which the Manchester University is a central place.
This lecture will be complemented by several Lab sessions (2 by Prof. Lepine from IAG-USP and one from Dr Laith Danoon, Manchester U.)
