For MCnet members only: the deadline for requesting a room in the MCnet block booking has passed. If you have booked a room your reservation will be confirmed by the end of October. If you need to cancel or amend your request, or missed the deadline for the block booking please email: projectmanager@montecarlonet.org
On arrival at CERN:
If you have reserved hostel accommodation the key for your room will be available from the CERN Hostel Reception (Building 39) from 7.30am to 01:00am - http://gs-dep.web.cern.ch/en/CERN_Housing. If you arrive outside these hours please arrange with the CERN Hostel Reception to collect your key from the guards at Entrance B.
CERN Hostel - payment arrangements:
MCnet members please note that the CERN Hostel will require you to pay your hostel accommodation bill. You can then claim these expenses from your home node. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting in advance with your MCnet supervisor.
