CERN Access Cards
Please complete the 'CERN Access Card' section of the registration form. If you do not have a current access card please provide the details requested and we will arrange for one to be issued for you for this meeting.
To collect your Access Card:
When you arrive at CERN, please enter through the Main Reception (building 33). The reception is open from 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday. Tell the guard at the reception desk that you are attending the MCnet meeting and they will let you pass through. Your access card for the site will be available for you to pick up from the TH Secretariat (4-2-004). Outside of these times (if you arrive during the evening), the guard at the Main Entrance B should have your name on a list for the MCnet meeting. You should then go to the TH secretariat (4-02-004) the next day to collect your card.
