In the above link, online registration will proceed in the steps of:
- "NEW USER" registration to the system of the special link (note this is not the online registration to the conference yet).
- After logging in to the system, proceed to "Registration" (this is your registration to the conference) and "Tours" for accompanying persons programs.
- The online registration will become valid when you have made payment with credit card through "Payment". (If you can not make payment with credit card due to a technical reason, please notify organizer so that the payment can be made at the on-site registration desk. Without a notification or payment, your online registration will be deleted after 20th Nov.)
(Note that the booking of hotels is your responsibility and is not a part of online registration.)

The following registration fees apply for the 5-day conference:
Staff or Corporate:
Before 9th Oct. -- JPY 25000
After 9th Oct. ----- JPY 28000
Student:
Before 9th Oct. --- JPY 20000
After 9th Oct. ------ JPY 23000
Fees include:
Base fee (Conference kit, Conference management, Coffee breaks, a Copy of the NIM-A Proceedings, etc.), Excursion, and Conference dinner.
We set participation in the excursion and the conference dinner as mandatory, i.e., there will be no refund if you do not choose to participate.
For accompanying person:
Conference dinner -------- JPY 5000 / person
Excursion --- JPY 3000 / person
Accommpanying person programs --- TBA
Booking and payment of the OIST accommodation is to be made in the registration form, for your/our convenience.
Please note that the OIST accommodation and payment will appear under the registration section in the invoice. If you need the invoice without the OIST accommodation, make the payment and the printout of the invoice of the registration before making booking and payment of the OIST accommodation.
