ALL AUTHORS are requested to electronically publish their Poster and Oral Presentations prior to or during the Conference. Presenters of oral talks must also submit their presentation files to the Speaker Ready Room one (1) day prior to their scheduled presentation.
Please make sure you are logged in, see the "Sign in" button in the upper right corner.
Click on "My Contributions" below "My Conference/Presentations(s)" on the left.
Click on the title of your presentation.
Scroll down to "Presentation Materials" and click on the pencil.
Select the appropriate link to add your file(s) and follow the instructions. Please be sure to not "protect" your files or your presentation will not be visible to other attendees.
Please note that you must have a CERN Lightweight account to upload your presentation(s). If you already have an account but are having login difficulties, please contact the CERN Service Desk at Service.Desk@cern.ch or by phone at 41-22-76-77777.
