There will be a free limousine bus arranged between the airport and the workshop hotel (Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature) on May 31st (see the bottom of this page) and June 6th for the workshop participants.
For international participants:
Please be advised that regular priced tickets to Jeju will be gone quickly, and if you wait too long, you might have to pay additional 300USD or more for your tickets, based upon availability. So, we advice you to book your flight well in advance. Most flights to Jeju are from the Gimpo (GMP) domestic airport of Seoul on Korean Air (the last flight from Gimpo to Jeju leaves at 8:40pm, and the last flight from Jeju to Gimpo leaves at 10:40pm), and cost around USD200 round trip (Korean air, or other airlines for cheaper rate now). Thus most of you will likely be flying into Seoul Incheon (ICN) on your international flight and then taking a paid bus connecting the two airports (it runs every 5 minute and takes ~20 minutes) for your flight to Jeju (there are flight between Seoul and Jeju every 15 minutes, and it takes ~50 minutes each way), so please plan your trip accordingly.

2)from Jeju airport to the workshop venue (Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature): approximately 40-50 minutes by taxi. We recommend you to take the free limousine bus service we arrange.
On May 31, 2017, We arrange a free shuttle bus from the Jeju airport to the workshop venue.
The bus will depart at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm, 10:30pm. You need to come to the CERN-CKC booth in "Angel-in-us Coffee" shop located at the first floor of the Jeju airport near the gate #1. Please look for a person holding a sign with "2017 CERN-CKC Workshop" on it.
