Some rooms have been reserved for the review panel members and link persons for the period of 2 to 8 April 2017 at the CERN Hostel. Their reservations will be handled by Cecile Noels and Celine Le Bon.
Other participants are invited to make their own reservation at the CERN Hostel. SINGLE with washbasin, shower, toilet: 58 CHF/night. Please make your reservation directly by email housing.service@cern.ch or by phone: +41 22 767 4481.
Be aware that an important convention will take place in Geneva on the same week and most nearby hotels are already fully booked for this period.
