Please note that it will be touristic high season in Faro and the Algarve around the time of the meeting.
We strongly advise to book your accommodation well in advance.
We have a block of rooms reserved for participants of the workshop in the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve (EHTA) (located here). At the bottom of this page you will find pictures of these rooms. The EHTA is also the location where the workshop will be held. Compared to other hotels in Faro around the time of the workshop, these rooms come at a very favorable price of €50. Notice that there is no breakfast (or lunch/dinner) served in the EHTA. However, there are several good options within walking distance (less than 5 minutes walking).
Additionally, we have reserved several rooms in Stay Hotel Faro***, which is located at a 7 min walk from the workshop venue. The rooms in Stay Hotel Faro come at a price of €95 (single room) per night (excluding a breakfast of €7).
Please inform our workshop secretariat if you want to book a room in the EHTA or one of the pre-booked rooms in Stay Hotel Faro.
Of course you are free to book any other hotel in the area yourself. Some suggestions of other hotels that are in the city center of Faro, include:
