University dorms are shared between 3 or 4 people and preferentially reserved for student participants. Reservations for the dorms are done via the Pheno registration. More information about Bouquet Gardens can be found here. Note that there is no dedicated parking for dorm visitors. Parking must be done in one of the University or city lots. All university lots close at midnight.
Check in after 9 am, check out before 5 pm. If you are arriving on May 7th (Sunday) between 8-5, report directly to Bouquet Gardens Building J (southernmost building in complex, see map above), 315 Oakland Ave to check in. If you are arriving at any other time, go instead to Panther Central, 3990 5th Ave. (Litchfield Towers Lobby, open 24/7) to check in.
