The S2I2-HEP project will pay the hotel costs for participants and has reserved a dedicated block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Princeton for this purpose. Please register for the workshop and information will be sent to you regarding how to make room reservations within the reserved block.
Breakfast and free WiFi are included in the block booking at the Holiday Inn Princeton. Parking is free at the hotel.
The Holiday Inn Princeton also offers a shuttle service on Monday - Fridays from 7am - 9am and 5pm - 9pm, based upon availability, to locations within 5 miles of the hotel. This should include the Princeton campus and also the Princeton Junction train station. As the shuttle will at times be busy transporting other people, you should contact the hotel (at +1 609-520-1200) 1-2 hours in advance to request a pickup.
