A 100 MeV high intensity proton cyclotron, CYCIAE-100, has been built at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE) as a driving accelerator for the Beijing Radioactive Ion-Beam Facility (BRIF). The proton beam of 25 uA/100 MeV has been used at the primary test in 2014. Now the proton beam of 1000uA/1MeV has been obtained. This paper will depict the injection beam line, including the $\text{H}^-$ multi-cusp ion source, solenoid, steering, quadrupole-truplet lens, buncher, central region. The efficiency with different beam density will also be exposed in the paper.
