Accommodation: We have made a group reservation (15 rooms only, which will be allocated on a “first come – first served” basis) at the CERN hostel, for the surrounding dates (from 8 November until 15 November, covering this meeting + the SPL cryo & vacuum workshop). Once you have organised your transport, could you please let us know your dates of arrival and departure before the 2nd of November, to finalize your reservation. Room keys: The Hostel Reception (Building 39) is open as follows:
Mondays to Fridays from 7.30 to 19.30
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 9.00 to 13.00.
Important: outside these times, room keys can be obtained from the security guard on duty at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site - Gate B (building 120).

Registration: If you have a valid CERN ID, please remember to bring it.
A visitor card will be prepared for each participant. Please collect it upon arrival at the CERN reception (building 33, http://building.web.cern.ch/building/). It will be valid for the length of your stay at CERN:
- participation in the SPL Cryo & Vac Workshop + SPL Collaboration meeting: 8 November until 13 November
- participation in the SPL Collaboration meeting only: 10 November until 13 November
For those who arrive on Sunday 8 November, please collect your visitor card from the security guard at the entrance B(building 120).
Laptop registration: Please note that, if you wish to use a portable computer at CERN with an Ethernet or wireless connection, it is mandatory to register at http://it-div.web.cern.ch/it-div/news/computer-registration.asp
