In view of the Hollow Electron Lens review taking place in the week between the 16th and 20th of October 2017 (please see below at the end the charges as specified by Oliver), I am holding a 'kick-off' meeting on HEL-Hardware. Scope of the meeting is to inform you on the progress of the project, make sure that we are taking into account all participants and see together how to prepare for the review.

The meeting will be followed by (the least possible number of) dedicated meetings dealing with more specific items, squatting, where more convenient, time from WP15 Integration Meeting or WP5 Specification Upgrade Collimation Meeting.
