Description

We consider recent experiments in the spectroscopy of the HD+ hydrogen molecular ion [1,2] as well as most recent achievements in theory. We want to show how the Rydberg constant may be deduced from theory-experiment comparison with a relative uncertainty close to 15 ppt.
