Important to stress not only the 'Computing Model' styles of steady-state operation, but also the more chaotic data access patterns that are likely to typify early data taking (e.g. more requests from more sites to access to raw/ESD files - impact on resources...)

• Common convention for operator alarm mailing lists
  • For CERN, -> vo-operator-alarm@cern.ch; co-owned by experiment and IT; only list-members may post
  • For external sites; implement NIKHEF's solution
• Dashboards: need clear agreement on what sites should look at (site view?)
• Intervention notifications - including also 'transparent'...
