1. Registration
The registration desk will be located in the main building (500-1-001/first floor) from 11:00 to 16:30 on Monday 22.01. Please come as early as possible.
You will also find us during all coffee breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday (morning and afternoon). If you are arriving later in the week, please send a message to clic.project.office@cern.ch
2. Access to CERN
The list of participants has been given to the CERN access control service. You will be requested to show your passport or identity card to enter CERN premises. If possible, we also advise you to print out this email and carry it with you. Otherwise simply mention that you are coming for the CLIC workshop.
The CLIC18 workshop badge will be your CERN access card during the week. Please do not lose it as you might have to show it.
3. Registration Fee payment
If you have not proceeded with the registration fee payment yet, you have the possibility to pay by cash at the UBS bank on Monday (you can get cash with your credit card at the same bank).

We remind you that your payment should be free of charge for CERN.
4. CERN Hostel
We remind you that all modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact the CERN Hostel directly:

In case of “No show”, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night of the reservation shall be charged to the debit or credit card of the participant. If you are arriving outside the Hostel reception’s opening hours, room keys can be obtained from the security guard on duty at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site (Swiss side) - Gate B.
5. Laptop registration

Please take note that you will not be able to register your laptop from outside CERN.
6. CLIC Picture – Wednesday 24 January 2018
We will try to get a picture of all CLIC18 participants done during the plenary session on Wednesday 24.01.2018. More information will be sent next week.
