Thanks for registering for the conference!! The admission fee is $150. If you are a student then it is $100. The admission fee covers the cost of venue, coffee break, a reception banquet and wine. The dinner banquet is $75 per person (guests and participants). The online payment form must be completed in addition to this form, and can be found here. Your registration is not complete until the payment form is filled out as well. Please do this before March 13, as an additional $15 will be charged for late registration! NOTE: as of March 11 it is no longer possible to purchase a banquet. If you still want to go please contact CTD2018-contact@googlegroups.com directly for the remaining spaces.
