Thanks for registering for the conference!! The admission fee is $150. If you are a student then it is $100. The admission fee covers the cost of venue, coffee break, a reception banquet and wine. The dinner banquet is $75 per person (guests and participants). The online payment form must be completed in addition to this form, and can be found <a href="https://washington.irisregistration.com/Form/3873">here</a>. Your registration is not complete until the payment form is filled out as well. Please do this before March 13, as an additional $15 will be charged for late registration! NOTE: as of March 11 it is no longer possible to purchase a banquet. If you still want to go please contact CTD2018-contact@googlegroups.com directly for the remaining spaces.
