- Q: Is it possible to participate remotely?
- A: Yes! All of the workshop, except the hackathon, will be on Vidyo+webcast. This includes the industry session, tutorials, talks, and the challenge. Individual hackathon groups may also arrange for remote participation of they wish, but that will not be centrally done.
- Q: Can I present a contribution remotely?
- A: You can, but if you have multiple contributors, preference will be given to those physically present.
- Q: Should I register if I am not attending in person?
- A: Yes, please do! Your replies to the registration questions help us to better plan the workshop. There is one question which will allow you to specify that you will not attend in person.
- Q: Can I attend in-person even if I am not a CERN member?
- A: Yes! Please make sure to specify this when registering, as there is one question that asks for the details we need to get you a temporary access card.
- Q: Is it possible to get a letter of invitation or certificate of attendance?
- A: Yes, this is possible. Please contact us directly for a letter of invitation. If you need a certificate of attendance, just specify this in the registration page.
