Scotland is world renowned for it's cuisine, from haggis to the munchy box and the deep fried mars bar so we decided not to go for any of those. This years collaboration dinner will take place at Balbir's Indian restaurant which is located a five minute walk from the Kelvin Building. Glasgow was the birth place of chicken tikka masala and has no shortage of great curry houses so we thought that we would highlight one of them for you.
Balbir's can be found at 7 Church street and is surrounded by many good pubs for anyone that wants a drink before/after dinner which is booked from 7pm. All dietary requirements will be passed on before the meal.
